**Description**
- Collaborer avec l'associé directeur du bureau pour planifier et superviser l'ensemble des opérations du bureau.
- Collaborer avec les services des ressources humaines, de l'informatique, des finances, des installations et du marketing afin d'assurer l'alignement sur les stratégies de l'entreprise et de la région.
- Travailler avec l'équipe chargée des achats au niveau mondial pour gérer les interactions et les négociations avec les fournisseurs.
- Planifier et coordonner les événements du bureau dans le cadre des budgets approuvés
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques : répondre, transférer, prendre des messages, organiser des conférences téléphoniques et utiliser efficacement la messagerie vocale.
- rédiger, relire et gérer la correspondance écrite et électronique ; organiser et distribuer les documents aux clients
- encadrer les membres de l'équipe en répondant à leurs questions et en les formant
- diriger des projets et des initiatives à l'échelle du département et du cabinet
- Examiner et valider les frais et factures liés aux baux afin de s'assurer de leur cohérence avec les contrats de bail.
**Profile**
- Diplôme universitaire
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience progressive dans l'administration de bureau, idéalement dans un cabinet d'avocats
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook ; une expérience avec Aderant et Carpe Diem est un avantage.
- Capacité avérée à traiter des questions sensibles et confidentielles avec la plus grande discrétion.
