**Job Description**:
Develop and implement advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to address business challenges and drive data-informed decision-making.

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL and/or Python, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting purposes.

Utilize DAX and Power Query to optimize data models, enabling efficient analysis of trends, patterns, and KPIs across various business functions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through tailored Power BI solutions.

Support the design, automation, and maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to facilitate ongoing business monitoring and analysis.

Stay up-to-date with Power BI best practices and industry advancements in data visualization and analytics.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard creation.

Experience in SQL for complex querying, data extraction, and data manipulation to support reporting needs.

Knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for data analysis and integration with BI tools.

Passionate about data visualization and delivering clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience in designing and maintaining effective data visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.
