**Introduction**

Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products CIO, the department “Digital & IT CMO” (D&IT CMO) is an IT organization with proximity with Flat commercial business, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.

D&IT CMO main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters, and mills within the Flat Europe scope.

The main Missions of our Department are:

- Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget).
- Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimize): Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise. Support Innovation & transformation.

**What does the job entail?**

The **Data Analyst (VIE) **will be part of the D&IT Data science team which works in close collaboration with business. Currently, the team is responsible for the dynamic pricing model for Prime businesses and is providing decision support to non-prime businesses using Machine learning. The team is also looking to expand its scope to other business processes.

The Data Analyst (VIE) role revolves around the collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis of data from diverse sources and aids businesses in gaining insights and making data-driven decisions. The data analyst will also take the responsibility of maintaining the existing dashboards and the development of new monitoring dashboards for business users and the IT team.

His/her main missions are:

- Collaboration with data scientists, data engineers and business stakeholders in understanding the business requirements, formulating the business objective, delivering the product and monitoring its performance.
- Data visualization and detailed analysis with the data scientists at different stages of modeling
- Development of monitoring/evaluation dashboards to monitor the deployed ML models.
- Maintenance and enhancement of the existing dashboards
- Presentation of the analysis to Business stake holders and data scientists via reports, presentations, or interactive dashboards
- Involvement in Modeling related topics, depending on the interest.

**Who are we looking for?**

You demonstrate most of these key competencies:

- Master’s or Engineering degree in STEM / IT
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Experience in developing dashboards using Tableau.
- Proficiency in python programming
- Good understanding of statistics
- Good knowledge of database systems like MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be structured and organized (including time management)
- Team player, stakeholder / customer-oriented
- English: Advanced Experience in machine learning is an advantage.
