The Role

We are currently looking for a Data Governance Analyst to support one of our clients operating in a regulated, data-intensive environment.

The role sits at the intersection of IT, data, business and compliance, contributing to the organisation's ability to manage data in a structured, reliable and compliant way.

This position is well suited for professionals who work with data beyond pure analytics or engineering, and who are interested in governance, data management and regulatory-driven contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting data governance and data management initiatives across the organisation
  • Contributing to the definition and maintenance of data-related processes and standards
  • Assisting with data quality, consistency and documentation activities
  • Supporting data mapping, data classification and data lifecycle initiatives
  • Working with IT, data, business and compliance teams on data-related topics
  • Supporting regulatory and privacy-related requirements from a data perspective
  • Contributing to internal reviews, audits or control activities involving data

Required Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in roles related to data governance, data management, data quality, data compliance, analytics or similar areas
  • Exposure to IT or data-driven environments, preferably within regulated or structured organisations
  • Ability to work across different stakeholders (IT, data, business, compliance)
  • Interest in data governance, privacy and regulatory-driven topics
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Additional European languages are a plus
