**Accounting Manager - PFS in Strassen, Homeworking**
Our client is a well-established company operating in the **corporate services and fiduciary sector**, with a strong footprint in Luxembourg and international operations. With a **team of around 100-200 employees**, the group has grown steadily over the years through mergers and strategic developments.

This **new position** has been created as part of the company's continued growth and the need to further structure its accounting function internally. The company is now seeking an **Accounting Manager** to strengthen the finance team and support evolving operational needs.
**Your Responsibilities**|** PFS - Fiduciary - Accounting - Tax - Finance**
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closings.
- Prepare and review financial statements under Lux GAAP (and IFRS when required).
- Handle VAT, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage external audits and implement improvements from audit feedback.
- Lead and support a small team, ensuring quality and efficiency. Enhance internal controls and contribute to process improvements.

- **6+ years** of accounting experience, in Luxembourg and within corporate/fiduciary services.
- Fluent in **French** and **English** (both required); other languages are a plus.
- Degree**:Bachelor’s** level (France, Luxembourg, or Belgium) in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Versatile and hands-on, comfortable with multi-tasking as well as detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and client-focused. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. You already have experience in team management.
