Responsibilities
Finance Transformation

  • Design and deliver Target Operating Models (TOMs) for finance departments.
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives (e.g., record-to-report, procure-to-pay, planning & forecasting).
  • Support the implementation of digital finance technologies (ERP, BI, AI, RPA).

Performance Management

  • Develop and optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks.
  • Define and implement KPI dashboards and management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Advise on cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

CFO Agenda & Strategy

  • Act as a trusted partner to CFOs in defining their strategic priorities and finance vision.
  • Provide guidance on capital allocation, liquidity, and working capital management.
  • Support organizational redesign and talent upskilling within the finance function

Ideal Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 10–15+ years) in financial advisory, consulting, or corporate finance leadership.
  • Good knowledge of financial processes, IFRS standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to digital finance transformation tools (SAP , Odoo, other ERP's ) is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English & French is a must.
