**Your role**
- We are offering great opportunity to join Network & Market Infrastructure team and gain your first experience in the financial sector. NMI brings together Global Investment market expertise in the fields of custody and Investment market management, Investment market rules compliance, and regulatory developments.
- We’re looking for someone who can:

- Invoice processing and enhancement of the custody invoice process in our group wide tool..
- support local team during field work for CSSF required Transfer Agency Due Diligence
- support local team with regard to different efficiency tasks related to custody account closing/opening requirement and procedures applicable for our Asset Servicing and Wealth Management stakeholders
- Reconciliation of existing client accounts (large-scale data reporting)
- support in automation tasks. We are improving our processes and working on automation of manual tasks. You will support and will carry your first automation projects related to your daily tasks.

**Your team**
- In NMI Luxembourg we are working with custodian banks across 50 countries to establish and manage investment accounts for our clients (investment funds, private individuals, corporate entities). You’ll be working in an international, diverse and dynamic team. The NMI Lux team is a small, specialized unit, so your inputs will really make an impact.

- You have

- Strong analytical focus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English- You are:

- University student (3rd year minimum)
- Good team player
- Hands on, proactive self-starter with good time management abilities
- Result oriented / able to work under pressure and deliver quality results
- Independent and initiative-taking- Very tasks focused and ambitious to learn new skills

Starting Date: 1st or 15th of October.
- Duration: 6 months 100%
