**SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER**

**NOTRE CLIENT**
Notre client, une structure dynamique d’environ 300 collaborateurs, appartenant à un groupe de premier plan, recherche son/sa futur(e) Senior HR Business Partner. Ce poste clé allie expertise opérationnelle, pilotage de projets RH et relation de proximité avec les équipes internes.

**VOTRE RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITES**:
En étroite collaboration avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines groupe et la direction locale, vous jouerez un rôle central dans:

- L’accompagnement quotidien des équipes internes : gestion des relations collaborateurs, support aux managers, suivi des dossiers RH courants.
- La structuration et la standardisation des pratiques RH : déploiement local des politiques et processus RH groupe.
- La mise en place et la gestion de projets transverses RH : harmonisation des outils, mise en conformité, optimisation des pratiques RH (onboarding, gestion des talents, revue de performance, etc.).
- Le rôle de relais entre les enjeux stratégiques du groupe et les besoins opérationnels du terrain.

- Expérience confirmée (7 à 10 ans min.) en tant que HRBP, idéalement dans des environnements internationaux ou matriciels.
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation, avec une forte capacité à piloter des projets RH tout en gérant l’opérationnel au quotidien.
- Posture de conseil, excellent relationnel, capacité à interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs internes variés.
- Maîtrise du droit du travail luxembourgeois et compréhension des politiques RH groupe.
- Français at Anglais courant indispensable
