As a Corporate Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of acquisitions and sales transactions, client dealings, and administrative tasks. Your meticulous follow-up, document drafting, and language proficiency will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our fiduciary services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquisition and Sales Support: Assist in the follow-up of acquisitions and sales transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Client Transactions: Manage and track client transactions, maintaining comprehensive records and providing efficient assistance to clients.
- Document Drafting: Prepare minutes and verbatim reports of meetings and transactions, maintaining precision and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate support or similar roles.
- Strong command of both spoken and written French and English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in document preparation and management.
