Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate and M&A lawyer

As a Corporate and M&A Lawyer, you will work hand in hand with our tax professionals and both assist our clients in corporate transactions ranging from private equity transactions, M&A deals to sophisticated corporate restructuring projects, domestic and cross- border. You will have to support implementation of agreements and corporate documents required to achieve our clients' goal.

What you will be working on
  • Identify the client's business objectives and build a "road map" for the client from start to finish and include a timeframe.
  • Support corporate due diligence alongside the tax & financial due diligence conducted by the other teams.
  • Determine – with the help of tax attorneys – the corporate implications and if they require special structuring.
  • Do the follow-up on corporate legal updates.
What we look for
  • Master's degree in law (or a similar degree).
  • Relevant experience (from 2 to 4 years) in corporate and M&A in a law firm.
  • An LL.M. from a reputable university in the UK or USA would be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required (French and German would be considered as an asset).
  • Organized, flexible and able to participate in several files/clients.
  • Team spirit, dynamism and people skills are required for integration and success of the team.
