**BlackRidge Group recrute pour l’un de ses clients un personal trainer sur le Luxembourg**

Le personal trainer est un professionnel qui s’occupe de l’entrainement et du suivi
personnalisé d’un client.
La principale qualité est l’adaptation de ses connaissances théoriques et pratique envers
chaque client et ses caractéristiques physiques.
Le personal trainer est apte à récolter les besoins du client et offrir une solution précise et
pertinente à travers un suivi personnalisé et adapté à chacun, pour ce faire il doit évaluer
l’état de forme de son client, comprendre ses motivations, son historique sportif et médical,
identifier ses besoins et ses objectifs.
Il doit avoir une bonne capacité d’analyse afin de pouvoir identifier les exigences et les
possibilités du client afin de choisir le meilleur parcours pour atteindre les objectifs définis.

**MISSIONS**

Réaliser une anamnèse et évaluer l’état de forme du client
Planifier des cycles et séances pertinent en fonction des objectifs fixés par le client
Développer des stratégies de progression
Instruire le client sur la bonne exécution des exercices
Conseiller le client sur un style de vie actif et sain
Encourager et stimuler à la fréquence des entraînements pour l’atteinte des objectifs
établis
Garantir la bonne utilisation des installations et du matériel mis à disposition
Participation aux sessions techniques et meeting
Préserver l’intégrité physique du client
