As an automation PM, you'll drive innovation and transformation through leading the design and implementation of new automation processes that enhance the experience for our Premium Beauty third-party Sellers. Overseeing and optimizing existing operational processes by leveraging tech solutions, making significant impact across three key areas: increasing value for our Sellers, improving account manager productivity, enhancing overall program efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Premium Beauty program while working with prestigious brands in this dynamic category. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Position Serve as a member of the SAS Central Product Team's Tech, tools & Automation team, working at the intersection of technology and beauty Process Innovation - Partner closely with the 3P Premium Beauty team to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement new processes and reporting systems that drive operational excellence - Transform existing workflows through strategic automation to enhance efficiency and scalability Technical Leadership - Guide cross-functional Automation & AI teams in implementing advanced solutions - Leverage diverse technical tools including SQL, Python, and AI technologies - Spearhead the integration of Machine Learning and Large Language Models to solve complex business challenges Performance Management - Establish clear, measurable goals that align directly with broader business objectives - Maintain transparent communication through consistent progress reporting - Drive accountability by tracking key performance indicators and demonstrating business impact This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to revolutionize our Premium Beauty marketplace operations.
