**The opportunity**:
Currently we are looking for **Training Specialist **to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:
- Be responsible end to end for the training environment in the plant: training planning and management, coordinating training activities in the plant, development of training materials, programs, and curricula using a variety of media, assessment of overall training effectiveness, oversight of training materials and facilities; providing in-depth and ongoing awareness of industry and professional training trends
- Key responsible for training management and training recordkeeping for both hourly and salary associates, head administrator of the training management platform (GLC) for Lux Tire Plant associates
- Prepare and submit the annual INFPC report, ensuring data completion and correctness; coach the organization on providing the data on time and in detail enabling cost reimbursement
- Ensure compliance and provide training-related data required by internal and external audits
- Organize internal and external training sessions for salary associates with proper record keeping; coordinate & supervises the Labor Manage contacts with external training providers for external training offerings
- Coordinate induction training for salary associates and onboarding plans
**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
**Bachelor’s degree in training** and development, human resources, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience in training in a production plant;
**Languages**:
Fluent in French/German, and English, Luxembourgish is an advantage
**Experience**:
- 3+ years HR generalist and/or training experience or related/equivalent experience in a large plant (3+ manufacturing units) required and +3 years of training administration experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years in a Continuous Improvement / ISO / Lean production environment desired
- Experience in organization, delivery, and administration of variety of trainings and workshops
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Basic technical knowledge required
- Good knowledge of different training methods and media, ability to identify efficient training methods for different audiences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Strong business focus and people focus mindset, demonstrated ability to work in high performance cultures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience in E-learning development desired
