Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Market Intelligence & Business Support Officer**

Fixed-term contract of 12-month (F/M)

The Market intelligence & Business Support Officer is part of the Sales and Relationship Management organisation. The role actively contributes to the strategic development of initiatives aimed at acquiring and managing client relationships. The selected person will work closely with the Head of Sales & Relationship Management and with the Regional Heads and Regional Managers, supporting all business development initiatives linked to the organisation’s strategy and objectives.

Tasks/Missions
- Actively prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in line with the organisation’s business reporting requirements, including reporting to senior management
- Conduct market intelligence analysis and keep the Sales & RM organisation updated on critical market trends, enabling and supporting all business development activities
- Assist in the planning and organisation of business trips and client meetings
- Manage and update contact lists and customer databases, while exploring ways to automate processes using existing or new IT tools
- Recover invoices and participate in KYC processing
- Work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across departments

Profile
- University Degree
- At ease while interfacing with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other spoken or written language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize
- A team player, with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data management tools is a plus
