Our client is an International Company with an office in Luxembourg City. We seek a highly skilled Treasury Manager to manage the Group's Corporate Treasury Operations. This vital position focuses on enhancing, professionalizing, and leading Luxembourg's in-house bank and operational treasury center.

Your primary goal will be to connect global operating companies and streamline treasury operations, taking Corporate Treasury to the next level with the help of the Group Treasurer. This role is perfect for professionals who want to gain exposure and diversity in a dynamic international environment.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
Act as a communication conduit within the business, connecting finance leaders and Corporate Treasury.

Evaluate business cash flows and drive regional cash forecasting activities.

Assess long-term projected cash flow requirements for the business.

Recommend inter-company financing strategies.

Contribute conceptually and analytically to management reporting packages and presentations.

Assisted in developing compliance with treasury policies and procedures.

Identify improvement opportunities to optimize treasury processes and enhance internal controls.

Conduct periodic bank fee reviews and analyses.

Support the implementation of a collaborative Saas platform to secure payment data (Sis ID).

Assist in foreign exchange risk management projects (Kantox - currency management automation platform).

Support various projects aimed at improving Treasury and Cash management processes.

Provide support to local Finance organizations on ad-hoc projects.

**Qualifications**:
Master's or Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

A minimum of 3 years (with a maximum of 8 years) of progressive experience in corporate treasury, corporate banking, or similar work experience is required.

Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is an asset.

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, research analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams, perform under short time frames, and prioritize workload.

High level of commitment, assertiveness, team spirit, and flexibility.

A first experience with people management is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel.

Fluency in written and spoken English. Other European languages are an asset (e.g., French).
