SAP R2r Functional Business Analyst

**Introduction**

Within IT Flat Europe organisation, the Digital & IT Finance and Procurement perimeter is responsible for the IT Strategy of the Finance and Procurement functions, including efficiency (process and system exploitation and optimisation).

As part of our D&IT Finance and Procurement, the SAP R2R functional business analyst will support and guide Finance business Flat Europe (Central Finance Fce, local companies Finance Controlling, Shared Service Center).

She/He has to:

- Understand, analyse and question Business needs
- Support Business in identifying gains and assessing the best solutions
- Support Business in the understanding and usage of SAP
- Translate requirements into concrete IT projects
- Specify the business requirements in IT language for delivery teams mainly based in Poland / India
- Manage the good execution in time and quality by delivery IT team
- Train and help business in acceptance phasis

This position reports hierarchically to the D&IT Finance leader.

**What does the job entail?**
- The SAP R2R functional business analyst defends the Template concept which is the basis of the SAP FCE solution ACE S4/HANA. She/He verifies that new demands are aligned with ArcelorMittal Finance rules.
- She/He follows the business evolutions to anticipate their demands and impacts on our solution.
- She/He makes a monitoring of the SAP solutions evolutions and also other providers to be able proposing improvements to business.
- She/He manages projects of different size, since the study phasis until delivery : Roll out (for small entities with a couple of hundred days to large entities with a couple of thousand days), improvements (less than 30 days), buying new solution (in collaboration with architects). Following the purchasing policy and guidance IT FCE. She/He ensures communication and reporting at different level of the organization (in IT, in project steerco, with Business owner, CFOs,).

**Additional responsibilities may include**:

- Providing expertise to other segments according to requirements of CIO or CFO.

**Who we are looking for?**
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineer, Economics or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- You have strong SAP knowledge (FI CO SD PS) and deep business understanding or business experiences
- Familiar with reporting tool (BI, Power BI,..)
- You are curious, proactive
- You have strong project management and problem-solving skills
- You have a healthy sense of criticism
- You have strong communication and listening skills
- You are a genuine team player who can also work independently
- You are fluent in English. Any other European language is appreciated.
