Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:
**Project Manager M/F**:
The Project Manager is responsible to successfully manage the implementation of projects within the Program define by the management committee. The Project Manager takes the leadership in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting and the continuing maintenance of good internal customer relations.

**Your role**:

- Determining the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects (completion of the Project Definition Document);
- Understand project scope with the business analyst and ensure validation by stakeholders;
- Preparing and communicating the Project Plan to internal staff & internal project team;
- Obtaining internal stakeholders signing off on project definition/scope and on project deliverables and agreed milestones, and finally on all change control items;
- Managing internal staff expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeframe;
- Handling and owning the resolution of all issues;
- Ensuring & coordinating change management;
- Producing Project Dashboards and holding project meetings, on a regular basis, with the team and separately with the client to ensure that project is on track;
- Monitoring quality of deliverables and carry out end-of-project evaluation;
- Monitoring & driving project progress via planning update and action log maintenance.

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent;
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in managing the delivery of multi-discipline projects;
- You display leadership and have solid interpersonal skills;
- You have advanced Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
- You have a service-oriented mindset with an attention to details and good problem-solving skills;
- A proven experience in financial services is considered as an asset.
