ArcelorMittal Corporate IT - MES CoE (Center of Excellence) - is the IS/IT supporting entire ArcelorMittal business, in EUROPE and all its segments and countries. This organization supports the MES strategy, project and operational support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Steel business along the Steel production chain.

With the aim of supporting our business to deploy latest commercial solutions to bring harmonization and State of the Art technology inside production environment.

For the roll out of a commercial MES Product line into an existing heterogeneous IT Landscape an **MES Human Resource Consultant **is required. The rollout will be executed in waves in several projects, cross world wide locations, first starting in EUROPE.

You even take care about the training management, securing MES Product knowledge before, during and after studies and projects. Think of commercial products that they follow a continuous update and improvement flow. Your education program supports this approach and takes care that all stakeholder types stay on the latest knowledge base.

This role is part of ArcelorMittal Corporate CoE MES Organization, based in Europe and is expected to work in MES Projects in Europe primary, with time-to-time business travel included.

**Objectives**
- Understand the logical steel business processes and the impact of the business, IT, people and organizations in transversal teams and in local organizations.
- As Consultant to support business and MES Teams to think in new organizations following the change from home made to commercial product solutions.
- Develop and maintain an optimal business and IT organization to support commercial MES Solution. Develop new organization concepts and helping local teams in their change path.
- Develop, maintain, and build a training path for the different roles and needs of the internal & external teams.
- Follow the Studies and Project in HR and Organization Indicators, securing the defined change process.
- Supporting the inner CoE MES Team organization in all aspects of HR topics. Act as interface between different host HR Teams and the own international CoE organisation.
- Take the opportunity to build, maintain a communication platform for inside CoE Team and by external communication towards the external stakeholder.

**Mandatory**
**Qualification**
- A minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Ideally working in a HR department.
- English, able communicate and moderate different levels of internal customers.
- Office Tools like Excel, SAP and Reporting tools (like Power BI)
- Excellence Communication skills for inner project teams and stakeholders like business teams.
- Experience of working effectively to demanding deadlines, prioritizing own workload with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and an understanding of communication approaches, including tailoring messages to suit the audience, along with the ability to form constructive relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
- A strong understanding of IT project and programs life cycles and their change inside existing teams.
