**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Processing of all type of securities and derivatives transactions (ETD and OTC) on client level as well as on custodian level
- Securities settlement and trade processing
- EMIR reporting and investigation of issues related to the failed reports (Regis-TR)
- Regulatory reporting for ETD positions (CFTC, CME, other exchanges)
- Managing of lifecycle events such as corporate actions and option assignments
- Securities deliveries free and against payments
- Participate and supervise important change initiatives to drive operational excellence
- First point of contact with brokers, custodians and relationship managers and all other involved parties
- Reconciliation of holdings and investigation of breaks
- Identification of opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Daily cash management
- Supporting Compliance in case of regulatory changes or reporting requirements
- Documentation of processes, including the creation of detailed procedures
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor degree related to financial markets
- Good knowledge of EMIR reporting obligations
- Excellent communication skills / good team worker
- Good knowledge of Swift MT5XX / MX Messages (camt.57, pacs.009)
- Detail oriented and readiness of mind
- Good knowledge of financial markets and banking sector
- Knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent English skills, German and other languages are beneficial
