Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - Fiduciary - Private Debt

As part of the Corporate Services Team under the guidance of the department head and directly reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, your responsibilities will entail among other:
Initiating and supervising the organization of operations throughout the lifecycle of a portfolio of unregulated investment vehicles. This includes board meetings and shareholder meetings and the draft of their cascading legal documentation (minutes, financing & funding documents, shareholder resolutions, approval of annual accounts, etc.)

You will also supervise the deliverables of the junior members of your team. Coordinate the daily teamwork of Legal Officers Corporate Officers and Corporate Assistants resulting in the filing of annual accounts in accordance with guidelines to the RCS & RBE.

You will be partly responsible for liaising interactions between internal stakeholders and external third parties: counsels, notaries, business advisors etc.

You possess at least four years of consecutive experience in Luxembourg. You have been previously employed by a service provider (PSF or fiduciary) a Management Company or a Big Four.

Your mastery of English is excellent and you thrive in international and multicultural settings.

You have a great understanding of the investment vehicles industry in Luxembourg.

Your organized and analytical nature allows you to work well under close deadlines and your open-mindedness makes you agile and optimistic.
