**Key Responsibilities**:
1. User Support and Communication:

- Act as the single point of contact for users and IT teams.
- Provide daily support to end-users, including login, performance, functionality, and data consistency issues.
- Log and maintain a record of all user support requests and resolutions, delivering monthly reports to the JASPERS QMU Officer.
- Facilitate technical support, issue prioritization, and resolution.

2. Analysis and Problem Resolution:

- Conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Support ad hoc requests for data manipulation, extraction, and insertion into the JASPERS RDBMS.

3. Documentation and Process Improvement:

- Update manuals and other user documentation as necessary.
- Document processes and maintain records of changes and solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process efficiency.

4. Development and Testing:

- Design, test, and implement solutions for evolving business needs.
- Perform non-regression testing and pre-release testing for new functionalities.
- Coordinate with IT teams for release and branch management, including patching and merging.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Challenge existing processes to achieve greater efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvements and maintain the build environment configuration.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements engineering within financial services institutions (e.g., investment banks, retail banks, insurance companies).
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt to new business objectives, structures, and policies quickly.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
- Experience in creating documentation, including business cases and requirements summaries.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience with automation, build environment configuration, and coordination with IT teams.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions and maintain a focus on operational excellence
