Robert Half is looking for a Valuation Consultant (M/F/X) for one of our clients located in Luxembourg. Our client is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm. They provide fully integrated, tailor-made asset and property services based on our local expertise and global network. Therefore, they advise property owners, investors, and occupiers on every aspect of their property strategy and assist them in developing, buying, selling, financing, leasing, valuing and managing their assets. For their Valuation department, they are currently looking for a Valuation Consultant in Luxembourg. This is your chance to shine if you are passionate by the financial analysis, cash-flow projections and clients contact. **The responsibilities**: As a Valuation Consultant ; your main responsibilities will be: To determine the value of assets considering economic, financial and property related characteristics **To accompany the clients**: investors, foreign investment funds, financial institutions, public organizations; in the valuation process of their assets and advise them in order to maintain or improve their portfolio To work in a multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionals, dedicated to valuing a large variety of assets including offices, retail, logistic & industrial buildings, residential & leisure properties. They have clients such as : property investors, Belgian REITs (GVV-SIR), foreign investment funds, financial institutions, and public organizations. **The qualifications required for the job**: You have a master's degree in economics, finance, technical studies or equivalent You have a previous professional experience, 2 years minimum, in consulting, audit, or similar positions You are French Proficiency in English is crucial. You combine strong analytical skills with a "hands-on" and entrepreneurial attitude You are fast learning, a team player with good presentation skills and attention to detail You treat information with utmost discretion and confidentiality **Offer**: A challenging position in a dynamic, commercial, and international work environment.
