Nous recherchons activement un.e Valuation Consultant pour renforcer notre équipe d'évaluateurs.

**Mission**:
Votre mission consistera en l’analyse et l’évaluation complète des biens immobiliers pour le compte de propriétaires (investisseurs, entreprises, institutionnels ou particuliers) ayant pour objectif de les conseiller au mieux sur la rentabilité, le bénéfice ou la pérennité d’une transaction financière.

Sous la responsabilité de votre Manager, vous serez notamment en charge des aspects suivants:
**Responsabilités (liste non exhaustive)**:

- Détermination de la valeur des actifs immobiliers des clients pour les aider à positionner leurs actifs ou portefeuilles sur le marché ;
- Réalisation d’évaluations récurrentes et non récurrentes de biens de toute taille et importance ;
- Rédaction des rapports d’évaluation selon les règles méthodologiques et déontologiques ;
- Conseil et accompagnement des clients dans leurs réflexions stratégiques (anticiper les dynamiques du marché, mesurer l’impact d’un vide locatif,) ;
- Développement et prospection des services d’évaluation de la société au travers d’une approche stratégique et systématique du marché des capitaux institutionnels et privés.

**Formation / expérience**:

- Bac +5 (MSc Real Estate Finance & Investment ou Master 2 Expertise en Biens Immobiliers, Finance d’Entreprise, Ecole de Commerce) ;
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire ou chez un Big 4 ;
- Idéalement membre du RICS.

**Compétences / qualités requises**:

- Excellentes capacités relationnelles et commerciales (orientées clients et solutions) ;
- Bonnes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter les données du marché ;
- Connaissance et respect des normes éthiques ;
- Maîtrise des mécanismes d’analyse financière ;
- Connaissances des mécanismes de valorisation propres à l’immobilier ;
- Qualités d’organisation et de rigueur, esprit d’initiative ;
- Attitude positive et dynamique, personnalité tant diplomate qu’assertive ;
- Français et anglais courants, l’allemand constitue un avantage ;
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint);
- Une connaissance du logiciel d'évaluation Argus constitue un avantage.
