Your Next Challenge as a Senior Tax Expert:
We are looking for an** experienced Tax Expert** (2-5 years) with a degree in tax to join our growing team. This role will see you take ownership of a** client portfolio,** offering strategic advice on tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships while managing juridical matters and delivering insightful tax analyses.
**Senior Tax Expert - Responsibilities**
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and lead client meetings.
- Provide bespoke tax advice on structuring, M&A, due diligence, and post-transaction strategies.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance and supporting audit processes.
- Draft detailed tax memos, reports, and communicate updates on evolving tax laws.
- Handle juridical matters, review contracts, and collaborate with legal teams to support clients' needs.
**Senior Tax Expert - Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxation.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a Big 4/5 firm, service provider, or law firm.
- ** Fluency in German** (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
- Solid knowledge of tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
