**Your missions**
- Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements,
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and increasing overall operational efficiency,
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues,
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality objectives,
- Manage the escalation process with customers to address and resolve quality concerns,
- Oversee the assessment of process audits and finished product inspections to ensure quality and reliability,
- Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts, and produce key performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis,
- Ensure effective quality training for all team members,
- Maintain plant compliance with IATF-16949:2019 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, as well as customer-defined quality systems and requirements.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field,
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification is preferred,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, ideally in glass manufacturing,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Willingness to travel as needed,
- Experience in lean development and leadership,
- Proficient in Quality Management (QM) software,
- Fluent in English and German are mandatory (minimum level B2) and French is a plus.
