**Job Description**:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
- Create variance analysis reports and financial models to provide data driven insights to management
- Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
- Present detailed monthly financial reports to managers
- Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams
- Participate in other projects as required
- Accomplish of any other professional task assigned by the direct superior and/or the Management

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or similar finance function and proven knowledge of FP&A processes
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required
- Excellent computer skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
- Experience in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills, knowledge of PowerPoint
- Knowledge of other finance tools is a plus, including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
- Able to prioritize and to work under pressure and time constraints
- Self-starter and team player with a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset
- International experience a plus
