This role presents an opportunity for individual onboarding and professional growth within their dedicated team, focusing on delivering high-quality services to their clientele.
Legal Administrator - Responsibilities:
- Organize, prepare, and execute board meetings and minutes.
- Prepare general meetings for Luxembourg funds.
- Handle legal, tax, and regulatory declarations and filings.
- Participate in various project-related activities.
- Assist with ad hoc legal administration tasks.
- Manage general filing and document administration, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Execute and file subscriptions and other contractual agreements.
Legal Administrator - Requirements:
- Degree in business, law, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a legal administration or paralegal role.
- Demonstrated understanding of Luxembourg and EU legislation, particularly in anti-money laundering, and familiarity with the fund industry.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Initiative and a proactive contribution to team success.
- Organized work approach with attention to detail.
