**Your missions**

As Private Debt Fund Administrator, you will be in charge of the day-to-day administration of fund structures under the supervision of a Client Relationship Manager.

**This position is a great opportunity to**:

- Manage from and administration perspective a range of funds, associated fund structures, management companies
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary
- Co-ordinate the company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings
- Ensure records are maintained and are accurante and process all investor changes / transfers
- Prepare all the payment instructions to settle fund expenses
- Ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems and co-ordinate the opening of new bank accounts
- Ensure regulatory and statutory fillings are made in timely manner
- Manage the accounts distribution and the filing process

**Your Ideal Profile**:

- 3+ years’ in a similar position
- University degree preferably in law, finance or business administration or Master Degree in Law or Business Administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
