**Que vas-tu faire?** 

En tant que Junior Manager, tu seras responsable de tout ce qui se passe dans ton bureau. Ton rôle principal consiste à trouver de nouveaux collaborateurs et à les faire évoluer. Tu constitues également ta propre équipe et, avec elle, tu crées le bureau le plus grand et le plus performant à divers niveaux.

Tu es représentant pour plusieurs organisations de renom et vous célébrez chaque réussite par un apéro. Bref, tu es le visage d'Activate Luxembourg Centre

**Tes tâches quotidiennes sont les suivantes**: 
- Créer et suivre le planning hebdomadaire de votre équipe.
- Beaucoup de discussion : discussions sur les ambitions, sur les évaluations, sur les performances, etc.
- Tu veilles à ce que tes équipes soient motivées pour venir au travail.
- Tu formes tes Sales Manager et le reste de l'équipe.
- Suivi des résultats et élaboration d’un plan d'action avec l'équipe régionale.
- Tu effectues des tâches administratives et une gestion des installations pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de ton bureau.
- Organiser divers événements au bureau ainsi qu’en dehors.
- En collaboration avec ton équipe, vous veillerez à créér une bonne ambiance et atmosphère dans votre bureau

**Ce que nous recherchons**: 
- Tu es disponible 40 heures par semaine; 
- Tu es prêt à travailler occasionnellement le week-end ;
- Tu es sociable et tu mets l’accent sur ta performance ;
- Une expérience dans le domaine du face-to-face marketing est un atout.
