As a Junior Finance Manager, you will:

- Keep accurate records for all transactions
- Process invoices
- Follow-up on payments, ensuring timely collection and accuracy in financial records
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks
- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Perform account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist with accruals and other necessary documentation for monthly closing.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual statutory accounts and collaborate with external accounting firms.
- Assist with payroll operations
- Collaborate in various administrative tasks

To excel in this role, you should:

- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess an understanding of LUX GAAP.
- Have a good knowledge of income tax and VAT rules and principles.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately.
- Be organized, detail oriented, with strong numerical skills
- Possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Suite (Google Spreadsheet), accounting software, and databases.
- Demonstrate curiosity and stay up to date with the latest trends and regulations in the field.
- Display strong communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective teamwork and collaboration.
