As** Portfolio Manager (M/F/d),**based in **Luxembourg** you will play a key role within the Fund Finance Management Team.

**Your Responsibilities**

**Overall Responsibility**:
Lead oversight of multiple large Luxembourg-based real estate Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), ensuring alignment across all the funds activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all fund-related matters.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve fund objectives, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including Fund Management, Investment Management, Legal, Tax, and Corporate Finance.
- Serve as a board member for the funds and their underlying SPVs.
- Organize and lead regular board meetings, approving key economic decisions impacting the funds.
- Review and validate fund financials, including NAV calculations, capital commitments, distributions, and other key metrics.
- Provide support on complex matters such as transactions, financing arrangements, liquidity management, and fund launches or liquidations.
- Ensure complex fund and SPV structures deliver intended tax outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with legal, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations.
- Participate in investor meetings and support onsite due diligence processes.
- Oversee third-party service providers, including administrators, depositary, and tax advisors.
- Collaborate closely with the AIFM’s conducting officers to develop and maintain robust processes and controls.

**What we look for**
- Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or Auditing.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Management of alternative investment funds
- Auditing of real estate funds
- Fund administration
- Previous Directorship experience and previous CSSF approval for regulated funds desirable
- Strong knowledge of legal and tax frameworks relevant to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
- Solid understanding of financial instruments such as loans, shareholder loans, derivatives, and deposits.
