Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) germanophone pour rejoindre notre équipe dans les domaines de la logistique d'entrepôt et des achats. Dans ce rôle, vous serez le point de contact clé pour nos clients et partenaires germanophones, en soutenant les activités administratives et commerciales. Vous participerez à la gestion des commandes, à la maintenance des bases de données et des systèmes CRM, et contribuerez au bon fonctionnement de notre entrepôt et de nos processus d'achat, contribuant ainsi directement au développement et à l'efficacité de notre entreprise.
**Description**
- Recueillir, gérer et analyser les informations, les certificats et la documentation des fournisseurs.
- Effectuer et maintenir des évaluations des fournisseurs sur la base de critères définis, notamment la qualité, le respect des délais de livraison et les tendances en matière de prix.
- Participer à l'évaluation des fournisseurs et au développement de nouvelles relations avec eux.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les bases de données, les feuilles Excel et les listes de contrôle.
- Soutenir la gestion de la qualité, de l'environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité au travail par une documentation et des rapports précis.
- Gérer les numéros de série et les bons de livraison pour les marchandises entrantes et sortantes.

**Profile**
- Maîtrise de l'allemand pour communiquer avec les clients et partenaires germanophones.
- Expérience en tant qu'assistant administratif ou commercial, avec une connaissance de base de l'environnement des entrepôts.
- Compréhension des processus d'achat et de la gestion des stocks.
- A l'aise pour appeler les clients et les partenaires, capable de contribuer au développement des affaires.
- Saisie des commandes, mise à jour du CRM, maîtrise de SAP et d'Excel.
- Organisé, soucieux du détail, autonome et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
