**Trilingual Sales Assistant (French / German / English)**

Union Electric Steel, a multinational group with plants in USA, Europe and China, specialized in industrial manufacturing and metal processing, is looking for a Trilingual Sales Assistant as part of a permanent contract.

**Your Mission**

In collaboration with the Area Sales Manager responsible of France, Germany, Benelux, Spain & Portugal, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling all sales administrative tasks.

You successfully fulfill your mission by interacting with the manufacturing plants and departments within the group.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Area Sales Manager.
- Prepare quotes in accordance with price approval processes.
- Collect all necessary information to determine production costs.
- Send quotes to customers and ensure commercial follow-up.
- Collect and check all data required for order processing.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics department.
- Manage orders and deliveries to optimize the entire production-to-delivery process.
- Maintain customer and order information in the CRM system.
- Assist in claims handling.

**Profile Requirements**
- Proficiency in French, German and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Higher education degree in international business or a university degree in foreign languages with a specialization in international business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industry
