**Activités / Missions**:
A la Banque de Luxembourg nous accompagnons trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial, et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.

Notre équipe Digital & Client Communication, rattachée au département Communication & Experience et composée de 5 personnes, est à la recherche d'un-e Client Communication Officer qui aura pour mission principale d'assurer la qualité et l'envoi des communications business client (mailings).

En tant que Client Communication Officer vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Vous coordonnez l'ensemble du cycle de production des mailings et reportings de la demande métier à la mise sous pli en assurant le respect des délais et de la qualité.
- Vous garantissez la qualité des envois en effectuant un contrôle permanent sur l'ensemble des communications business (mailing, reporting, etc).
- Dans la cadre de l'évolution des demandes métiers et du volume croissant de communications vous serez amené-e à être force de proposition pour la mise en place de divers projets d'évolution et d'automatisation de production (évolutions techniques).
- Vous contribuez à l'élaboration de nouveaux reportings / supports de communications business pour améliorer de manière continue la performance de l'équipe.

**Profil**:
Diplomé-e d'un bachelor ou master en Informatique, Data Management ou Communication, vous souhaitez exercer une fonction qui allie rigueur, maitrise des données et agilité.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques,
- La connaissance des outils Adobe Campaign, Qlik Sense et/ou JIRA est un atout
- Sociable, vous communiquez aisément avec des interlocuteurs-trices aux profils variés.
- Rigoureux-se vous maitrisez parfaitement le français à l'écrit et avez de très bonnes compétences en relecture.
