Manpower is recruiting an Internal Communication Officer (M/F/X) to join one of its clients, a leading European institution based in Luxembourg.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and update internal communication channels, especially the organisation's intranet, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of these channels (e.g., intranet redesign, content analytics).
- Create and edit engaging content using a storytelling approach aligned with corporate goals and tone of voice.
- Support and organise internal events that promote collaboration, inclusion, and a strong corporate culture (e.g., staff meetings, townhalls, information sessions).
- Work closely with colleagues to design communication initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and belonging.
- Provide communication advice and assistance to internal departments.
- University degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Post-graduate qualifications are considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communication, ideally within an international or corporate environment.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, content management systems, and editorial software.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus.
