Onder toezicht van het Hoofd AML/CTF (ook wel "RC" genoemd onder Lux Law) draagt de AML CTF Compliance Officer bij aan het AML/CTF kader dat omvat:U bent verantwoordelijk voor het op de hoogte blijven van de wettelijke en reglementaire ontwikkelingen rond AML/CTF;Je bent op de hoogte van de... **Beschrijving** Onder toezicht van het Hoofd AML/CTF (ook wel "RC" genoemd onder Lux Law) draagt de AML CTF Compliance Officer bij aan het AML/CTF kader dat omvat: - U bent verantwoordelijk voor het op de hoogte blijven van de wettelijke en reglementaire ontwikkelingen rond AML/CTF; - Je bent op de hoogte van de wettelijke en reglementaire vereisten rond AML/CTF op Europees en Luxemburgs niveau; - U stelt AML/CTF-beleidslijnen en -procedures en een risicobeoordelingskader op en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden geactualiseerd; - U volgt relevante wijzigingen in de regelgeving op en helpt bij de implementatie ervan; - U zorgt ervoor dat klanten, distributeurs en andere relevante tegenpartijen worden onderworpen aan een initiële en doorlopende due diligence-controle; - U volgt de resultaten van de screening op en helpt bij het nemen van de nodige maatregelen; - U onderhoudt contacten met transferagenten voor het openen van rekeningen en de analyse van regelmatige rapportage; - U helpt bij het toezicht op gedelegeerde activiteiten, met name die van transferagenten en distributeurs; - U werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het AML/CTF-onderzoeksprogramma van de beheermaatschappij en het programma voor doorlopend toezicht op distributeurs van in Luxemburg gevestigde fondsen; - u biedt ondersteuning op het gebied van AML/CTF-aspecten aan de beleggingsteams; - U draagt bij aan de rapportage aan het senior management en de fondsbesturen; - Je draagt bij aan de rapportage aan toezichthouders en/of ad hoc verzoeken; - Je beheert de relaties met diverse stakeholders (interne en externe klanten, afgevaardigden, auditors en toezichthouders); - Je draagt bij aan het ontwerp en de uitvoering van controles met betrekking tot AML/CTF-aspecten in overeenstemming met het Compliance Control Plan; - U bent verantwoordelijk voor de follow-up van en de reactie op potentiële auditbevindingen om de adequaatheid en tijdigheid van de correctie te garanderen. **Profile** - Master of gelijkwaardig in rechten, financiën of bedrijfskunde; - Vloeiend in Engels en Frans; - 4-7 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in Compliance in het Luxemburgse rechtsgebied bij een Big 4 of Asset Management bedrijven. - Sterke compliance-ervaring in de vermogensbeheersector is een vereiste; - Deskundige kennis van de Luxemburgse AML-regelgeving inzake vermogensbeheer en financiële Lux-producten; - Uitstekende interpersoonlijke, schrijf - en presentatievaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief en beknopt te communiceren; - Het vermogen om complexe kwesties te analyseren en over te brengen aan verschillende belanghebbenden; - Inzicht in zakelijke en wettelijke vereisten; - Bereidheid om moeilijke kwesties onder ogen te zien en anderen uit te dagen wanneer dat nodig is; - Collegiale en coöperatieve aanpak om effectief samen te werken met anderen om sterke professionele relaties op te bouwen; - Het vermogen om meerdere verantwoordelijkheden te beheren en prioriteiten te stellen om deadlines te halen; - Initiatiefrijk, betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd; - vermogen om in een internationale, meertalige omgeving te werken. **Aanbod** Onze cliënt biedt een vast contract.
