**Your Role: Senior Accountant**:
As a **Senior Accountant**, you’ll play an essential role in managing the company’s financial processes and supporting strategic financial planning and analysis. This dynamic position involves close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, requiring versatility, precision, and proactive problem-solving.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing fee income, processing expenses, and handling payments (invoices, payroll, credit cards)
- Performing full-cycle bookings in **BOB50**:

- Overseeing internal accounts and conducting ad hoc financial analyses
- Managing periodic account closings and generating various financial reports for CSSF, IFR, and VAT compliance
- Preparing and presenting accounts to internal stakeholders, including the board
- Supporting financial audits, preparing final accounts and tax reports
- Assisting with budget preparation and asset management system maintenance

This role requires close collaboration with various departments, reporting directly to the management team.

**Your Profile: A Skilled Senior Accountant**:

- A **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics** or related field
- ** 5+ years of experience** in accounting, with a solid foundation in **LUX GAAP**:

- Proficiency in **BOB50** and experience in asset management or banking systems
- Fluency in **English**; other languages, especially Scandinavian, are advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and flexibly
- A structured approach, proactive communication style, and a desire to continuously learn and develop
