The Economic Interest Group (EIG) " Agence pour la Normalisation et l’Economie de la Connaissance " (ANEC) aims to support the ILNAS (Luxembourg Institute for Standardization, Accreditation, Safety and Quality of Products and Services) in the execution of its strategies in the fields of standardization and metrology, as well as applied research in order to support the competitiveness of organizations in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or to deepen the socio-economic knowledge of the country. The agency is based in Esch-Belval. With the objective to strengthen its activities and support the development of future projects, the EIG is recruiting: **1 Project Officer « Construction and Technical standardization » - CDI (M/F)** **Missions**: - Monitor national, European and international technical standardization committees and participate in the related meetings - Act as a contact point for, and animate a community of national experts active in technical standardization - Provide support to the Luxembourg Standards Organization (OLN) on specific issues and projects related to the construction sector, as defined in the national normative strategy - Develop standards analyses for, promote the awareness of, and provide trainings in relation to the construction sector and contribute to education and research activities in this domain - Contribute to the development of standardization activities in other economic sectors identified by OLN, namely sustainable development, when required o Actively contribute to the elaboration of national normative documents - Be actively involved in the promotion of technical standardization, namely through projects and services proposed by OLN and EIG ANEC - Hold a Master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent - Have a good knowledge of national ecosystem of construction sector - Professional experience in civil engineering or related area is considered an asset - Be autonomous, dynamic, proactive, have excellent relationship qualities and a good team spirit - Have a capacity for analysis and synthesis, and possess good editorial skills - Have a very good level in English, French and German; a language test will be carried out during the first interview - Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset **Recruitment date**: immediate entry
