**Your Role**:

- ** Architect Cloud Solutions**: Design and implement secure and scalable cloud architectures, focusing on Azure-based solutions and system optimization.
- ** Infrastructure Automation**: Introduce and implement **IaC practices** (e.g., Terraform), creating standards for deployment and automation.
- ** Team Development**: Mentor and guide teams to adopt best practices in cloud and DevSecOps methodologies, ensuring knowledge transfer and growth.
- ** Cloud Governance**: Develop governance frameworks for resource organization, tagging strategies, and compliance with security standards.
- ** Optimization**: Monitor resource usage to manage costs effectively, ensuring high performance and budget efficiency.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, blueprints, and decision records.

**Your Profile**:

- ** Experience**: At least 8 years in cloud architecture roles, with deep expertise in **Azure**.
- ** Skills**: Strong knowledge of **Terraform**, **CI/CD pipelines** (e.g., GitHub Enterprise), and **cloud security frameworks**.
- ** Networking**: Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts and hybrid connectivity solutions.
- ** Leadership**: Proven ability to mentor teams and lead cloud transformation initiatives.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in **English**; additional languages are an advantage.
- ** Mindset**: Strategic thinker who balances technical, business, and financial considerations effectively.
