Your role & work environment
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for supporting & gatekeeping the implementation for offshoring projects. You provide support towards our business functions that are using the intragroup architecture by purchasing/selling services from/to other ING entities. You are also the provider and gatekeeper of our service governance frameworks.
Your key responsibilities- Providing support for the offshoring projects for the service management set up and support the tribes in their outsourcing activities.- Ensuring the bank remains in control of its offshored/outsourced activities, and is compliant with the legislations and the requirements from the CSSF and EBA Guidelines- Responsible for the realization, and monitoring of one or multiple Service Level AgreementsWe are looking for

- Competences:_- At least 5 years relevant experience in project management- Good knowledge of the CSSF circular 22-806 and EBA Guidelines on outsourcings- Banking knowledge is a plus- Fluent in English and French
