CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Controller to join our Luxembourg team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for fund-level accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting for Luxembourg-based real estate funds. You will also supervise and coordinate all quarterly and annual reporting deliverables, working closely with Fund Controllers and external stakeholders.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee and coordinate all quarterly and annual reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing interim reviews and year-end audits.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, and US Tax basis, as required.
- Reconcile IFRS financials to US GAAP and draft audited financial statements with full disclosures.
- Convert statutory books (Lux GAAP) into US GAAP, IFRS, or US Tax basis as needed.
- Review and prepare investor reports, including INREV and TGER-compliant reporting.
- Calculate Preferred Returns and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
- Manage investor-specific reporting and subsequent closing adjustments.
- Establish new entity structures within accounting systems.
- Research and resolve complex technical accounting issues in collaboration with auditors and the Accounting Policy team.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (e.g., Prelim NAV, AMF).
- Coordinate capital contributions and distributions to investors.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A degree in Accounting or Finance, and/or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- 6-8 years of experience in public accounting and/or real estate fund accounting.
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and INREV standards.
- Ability to interpret and solve complex accounting and financial issues.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with fund accounting software.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
