Join us as an Outsourced Services Lead
- You’ll lead, direct, and manage all internal and external outsourced services in line with customer, budgetary, risk, and regulatory requirements
- You’ll be responsible for leading the service portfolio for RBS International Luxembourg branch and external services delivered to the business
- We’ll look to you to implement a comprehensive outsourcing framework in line with the regulatory requirements and oversee the internal and external service providers, managing and improving the existing performance

**What you'll do**:
As our Outsourced Services Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing the risks, documentation, management, and control of the outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll establish an appropriate governance framework for decision making pertaining to internal and external outsourcing of services, and you’ll lead the implementation of changes to the internal and external service provision framework driven by regulation and policy.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of effective internal and external service management processes into the business including the development of the appropriate MI, KPIs, and service review meetings
- Analyse the MIs and KPIs to identify and manage service issues and trends in the service provision, leveraging data for strategic analysis of the outsourced services
- Drive the strategic change management delivery and implementation of various projects, driving improvement of service management experience, and business efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver up-to-date reports and presentations to our functional and business leaders
- Generate a culture of continuous improvement through consistently leading by example, demonstrating commitment, enthusiasm, and drive

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements including Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) Circular 22/806 or European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines on outsourcing arrangements in Luxembourg.

You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

We’re also looking for:

- An inquisitive and independent mind set, with the desire to bring new ideas and challenge existing processes
- Analytical skills to resolve complex problems and identify alternatives where established procedures may not exist
- The ability to build great working relationships
