**The mission**:
**Job Description - Key responsabilities**:
Under the direction of the IT Manager of the document management department:

- Analyze, design, and implement integration solutions based on OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) platform capabilities.
- Redesign and replace existing heavily customized code with standardized integration patterns.
- Drive the transition from current REST API integrations via ESB (legacy) toward Azure API Management.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess integration requirements for on-premise and cloud-based systems.
- Integrate xECM with O365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) using Integration Services.
- Ensure integration solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Provide technical expertise, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

**Profile**:
**Your Qualifications**:

- You hold a University Degree (or related field) or equivalent experiences
- 7+ years in IT consulting or system integration roles.
- 3+ years working with OpenText xECM or similar ECM solutions.
- Experience in a content management or document management environment
- Strong knowledge of integration with Microsoft O365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook) including Integration Services.
- Solid expertise in REST API development and API lifecycle management.
- Experience with Azure API Management (preferred) or similar API management platforms.
- Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and system interoperability (on-prem + cloud).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven track record in integration projects (cloud & hybrid environments).
- Experience with migration away from legacy ESB solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, OpenText xECM) are a plus.
