Join KPMG Luxembourg as a Marketing Project Coordinator Trainee and get hands-on experience managing real projects, collaborating with creative teams, and supporting campaigns that matter. You'll be part of our Marketing & Communications PMO team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes from timelines and tools to team coordination. **Responsibilities**: - Supporting the planning and follow-up of marketing and communication projects - Making sure project requests are tracked and updated in our project management tools - Helping different teams stay on the same page by organising tasks and coordinating next steps - Communicating with both internal teams and external providers - Spotting potential roadblocks and suggesting solutions before they become issues - Organising project info clearly and keeping everyone in the loop **Requirements**: - You're a student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar - You're organised, structured, and love a good to-do list - You're curious, creative, and full of fresh ideas - You're a team player, but also independent and proactive - Fluency in English is a must — French or German is a plus - You have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and video production - You know your way around PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (bonus points for Adobe or Canva skills) - You're looking for a mandatory internship of at least 5 months **What's in it for you**: - Real-life experience in marketing project coordination - A chance to work on campaigns with visibility across the firm - Insights into how a global company runs its marketing engine - Supportive teammates who want you to succeed and grow If you're excited about marketing, love organising things, and want to learn by doing this internship is for you. **Benefits**: We offer more than just a job.
