As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for a:
**Campus Recruiter**:
**Your role**:
As part of a dynamic team of recruiters and HR Business Partners, you will oversee the entire recruitment process from A to Z for the trainees’ population with particular attention to legal students. You will accompany new hires in their integration process and be involved in a variety of recruitment
- linked projects. You will frequently interact with the Business Units and HRBPs to understand their needs, playing a key role. Your tasks will include:
- Organizing and participating in the development of our events, and actively contributing to our representation in the various forums, job fairs and trade shows (France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, etc);
- Updating our recruitment and on boarding database while ensuring regular reporting;
- Identifying new channels to attract students.
**Your profile**:
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field, and have some initial experience in a recruitment role;
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills;
- You are organized and able to adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment;
- You are fluent in English and French. German language skills are a strong asset;
- You are familiar with recruitment platforms, social networks and are IT/digital literate;
- You are an enthusiastic and proactive team player.
