My client, a stimulating Private Bank in the with clients around the world, a strong insight of the Luxembourgish flourished local banking industry with a commercial and business shriven mind-set is recruiting a Assistant Relationship Manager in direct contact with clients on one hand and the local investments on the other.

As a Junior Relationship Manager part of the developed and local Asset Management you will be in charge of assisting the Senior RMs in:

- Monitoring the deadlines of the team and counterparts,
- Receiving, sorting and executing the customer’s instructions complying with internal procedures and authorisation process,
- Managing the investments instructions yourself when possible,
- Collection of customer’s instructions in case of corporate action events,
- Following-up on the accuracy and the completeness of the customers files,
- Be the contact person on behalf of the team for the other departments of the bank whenever needed
- Maintaining the liaison with senior staff internally and external for compliance and credit related documentation.

Performance of regular basis the monitoring of:

- Compliance and crime-based documentation,
- Credit statuses on a daily or monthly basis (limit excess review, collateral excess review, overdrafts, risk concentration, significant loss, etc.),
- Liaise with the Depositary department if required as well help to monitor the t Risk (dormant accounts, small balance accounts, claims escalation and follow up on a case by case basis, etc.).

What we are looking for is a strong dynamic profile with a hands-on a client driven attitude that processes:

- An understanding of major Private Banking processes
- Fair knowledge in Financial field and products
- French, English and Italian or Spanish is a must.
