We’re currently seeking a motivated **final year internship student (M/F) with opportunity turning into**

**permanent offer** to assist the dedicated team in handling daily and periodic tasks and routines in Luxembourg.

**Job responsibilities**

The role will focus on performing cross-border transactions and supporting corporate finance. The main responsibilities include:

- Work closely with our offshore team to execute cross‐border transactions
- Ensure timely manner in responding inquiries of customers’ inbound or outbound payments
- Execute payments in different internal systems and bank accounts
- Reconcile bank transactions with financial data as first-line control
- Prepare cost analysis and seek cost-efficiency improvements
- Coordinate closely with other functions, including IT, business development, compliance, and customer service

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Final year student
- Must be able to commit to **six months** on a **full-time** basis starting as soon as possible
- Knowledge or work experience in finance operation, accounting, or finance
- Advanced computer literacy, strong proficiency in Excel and formula functions, and experience in ERP are preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable dealing with a large volume of transaction
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational spirit
- Clear thinking, able to capture big picture and transaction flow, willingness to learn
- Excellent Chinese and English skills

**You will be required to demonstrate that**:

- a valid EU Schengen Study Visa expiring not before the last day of the internship
- the visa shows you are allowed to work on an ancillary basis
- your university will agree to sign a Three-Parties Internship Agreement
