Your mission
AVEGA is currently looking for an intern or working student in our Administration team.
As an intern/working student in our administration department,
you will gain insights into…
- General administrative tasks
- Sending mail and DHL shipments
- Running errands and handling deliveries
- Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in an university
- You are looking for an internship for a period of 6 months or a working student position with 15h/week for a minimum of 3 months
- You are eager to learn and motivated and would like to gain insights into the working world
- You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team and you already have some knowledge working with computers and MS Office products
- You are fluent in English and German
