For a project related to NutriHealth, we are offering a **6 months**paid Master (2)-Student internship** at our premesis.

The main tasks of the Master Student will be to work on in vitro digestion, recovery of carotenoids, measurement of physio-chemical properties of the digesta. In the frame of this work, the Master student will benefit from the expertise of **Dr. Torsten Bohn** in nutrition and health, and **Dr. Farhad Vahid **in nutrition sciences and food chemistry.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Literature review on step count analysis.
- Perform data management.
- Select and compute step-based physical activity metrics.
- Perform descriptive statistics.
- Discuss results within the group & other researchers.
- Participate in project meetings & give presentations.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Master (2) in Food chemistry, Clinical Nutiition, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Nutrition sciences or comparable;
- Previous experience in in vitro experiments, chromatography or related fields;
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in the laboratory;
- Good writing skills in English;
- Excellent project and time management;
- Bring professionalism, discipline and proactivity to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
