**Description**
- Horaire : 08h30-12h30
- Accueil des visiteurs
- Accueil des nouveaux employés et gestion des départs.
- Gestion des salles de réunion
- Gestion de la flotte de véhicules (réception des véhicules et communication avec notre département Fleet).
- Traitement du courrier et colis entrant et sortant, envoi de mailings
- Téléphone
- Commandes Gatering
- Commandes économat, petit matériel IT,. Avec delaware ou fournisseurs externes
- Communication avec notre département informatique (ICC)
- Assistant(e) du Managing Director
- Tâches administratives et organisationnelles
- Gérer les contacts avec les sous-traitants Facility et faire le suivi : Nettoyage, Vending machine (café, eau), Sécurité (G4S)
- Faire les commandes et les tâches administratives relié au Facilities
- E.g. créer des PO’s et faire les GR
**Profile**
- Langues : français et anglais courant
- Connaissance de excel, word, outlook
- Bonne présentation Résister au stress Polyvalent(e) et flexible
- Autonome
- Bon sens de l’organisation et pouvoir gérer les priorités
- Intéressé(e) par la formation à de nouveaux logiciels Aimer le contact humain
- Être précis(e) dans son travail
- Savoir prendre des initiatives
